DMS: Connection is not private for HPCTest web applications

Instructions on getting past the Security alert when logging into HPCTest web applications.

When logging into HPCSearch, HPCExperience (Content Apps and Content Explorer) Test, you may get the following screen:

1. Click on Advanced
2. Click on Proceed to hpcexperiencetest.vccs.edu and it will take you to the login screen.
