Degree is not displayed on official and unofficial transcripts.
Resolution
Run an official transcript first to see if the degrees are showing up on transcripts. If not, then follow the menu path Set Up SACR> Product Related>Student Records> Transcript>Define Transcript Type Tab Degree/Program to ensure that all necessary checkboxes are checked. (Unofficial and Official set-up should look the same.)

Cause
**Our research indicates this is a known Oracle bug within Campus Solutions 9.2 and will be corrected with our PUM 20 update scheduled for this spring. “Doc ID 2709780.1 : Academic Plan not Visible on Official Transcript After Applying PUM 18 Bug 31872918 : ACAD PLAN NOT SHOWING IN DEGREES AWARDED AFTER PUM 18” A workaround is to set up your official transcript as notes below with a new effective date:
