VCCS ITS maintains a Google Group (vccs-outages@email.vccs.edu) which receives all miscellaneous planned outages and service interruptions of production and non-production systems. It is intended primarily for functional and technical groups.
Once you are subscribed, you should be able to review the message history at the group.
There is also an outages dashboard available.
