Each link on the page goes to the help desk for each college. Most of the time, college support staff are best equipped and most able to address issues and help students and faculty.
If college support staff encounter an issue that they cannot resolve, they will escalate to us at the central System Office. If we cannot fix an issue, we then will escalate to the responsible vendor.
