Attached is the solution for helping colleges when they cannot unattach a student from a third party contract or reattach a student to a third party contract using delivered pages. Oftentimes, the college business office may see an error 'no charge priority passed to the payment process' and these steps need to be taken. We believe the cause of this issue is that the third party contract has an 'Inactive' status and the student attached to the contract has enrollment changes which cannot be fully processed. As a result, the attachment to the contract becomes corrupted and ITS has to intervene via SQL scripts to resolve the issue (as outlined on the attached document).
