Refer to IssueTrak 127503 for solution to issue of students being charged twice for same charge. This is due to problems with the CHARGE_PRIORITY priority list setup of allowable charges and possibly the Tree for CHARGE_PRIORITY. Attached are details from PeopleSoft.
