DMS: PDFs display as Blank and Gray

PDFs display as Blank and Gray

In EDGE:

1. Go to Edge Settings
2. Select Cookies and site permissions
   
3. Select Manage and delete cookies and site data
   
4. Select See all cookies and site data
   
5. Use the "Search cookies" box to search for "hpc".
   
6. Delete all data for hpc sites.
   
7. Log out and back into HPC.

In Chrome:

1. Go to Chrome Settings and Select Clear browsing data…
   
2. Check Cookies and other site data (I leave Cached images and files checked too) and Click Clear data.
   
3. Log out and back into HPC.
