DMS: Signing up for the DMS User Communcation Email Group

This google group (vccs-dms-users-g@email.vccs.edu) receives all emails related to the DMS/HPC User Group meetings, upgrades and miscellaneous updates. It is intended for end users and anyone that supports the document management system.

To subscribe, please click on HERE and fill out the form. NOTE: You must be signed in with MyVCCS Google account to access the form (e.g. jsmith0001@email.vccs.edu).

After you submit the form, please allow the system a few minutes to update.  You will receive an email notification to let you know you were successfully subscribed.

To unsubscribe from this group, you have two options:

1.)  Send email to vccs-dms-users-g+unsubscribe@email.vccs.edu

2.)  Visit the group's membership page at the following URL.  Click "Leave group" button at the top of the page.  At the confirmation prompt, click "Yes, leave group".
