I have found the following suggestions for fixing this issue:
Try this first: If you are talking Windows 10 pcs after the March patches, Microsoft has issued 2 out of band patches to address BSOD when printing and other printing issues. We are currently looking at installing the 2nd out of band patching to fix the additional printer glitches. URL to an article on the issues: https://www.zdnet.com/article/windows-10-printe... Try this second if the first one doesn't resolve the issue: Check the brightness adjust setting in inowprint.ini. Compare a working inowprint.ini to the non-working inowprint.ini. Try this third: Go into defaults and set all PDF's to open with the Reader as opposed to Pro and try printing again.
